Discover our charming retreat - a lovingly restored farmhouse dating back to 1893, situated in the middle of a spacious garden directly on the banks of the Oste river. This idyllic domicile promises a time-out in a romantic atmosphere and invites you to spend unforgettable evenings by the water. Inside the house you will find 112 m² of living space spread over two floors and furnished in a warm, modern rustic aesthetic. With three bedrooms - equipped with two double beds and a single bed, as well as a pull-out sofa bed - our house offers enough space for four to six people. The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the cosy living room. The technical equipment includes 2 large televisions, a Playstation 2 and 3 with a selection of games, radio and music system as well as modern kitchen gadgets and a wide range of digital entertainment. There is also a spacious bathroom with a corner bath and another bathroom with a shower upstairs. The outdoor area of our house is a paradise for those seeking relaxation and for children who love to play. A garden house, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a Hollywood swing, a barbecue area, a sandpit, swings, slides and a large play boat guarantee fun and relaxation for the whole family. The location and surroundings of our holiday home offer both tranquillity and a variety of activities. Just 1.5 km from the village centre of Oberndorf, you have access to local amenities such as a shop, post office, doctors' surgeries and restaurants. Nearby Wingst or the chalk lake Hemmoor can be reached within five to ten minutes by car, and for North Sea lovers, Cuxhaven is only half an hour's drive away.
