About this house rental
Terraced house. On the outskirts, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: patio, fireplace. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 20 km, sandy beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, swimming bay 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, riding stable 5 km. All seven reeded terraced houses have a high-quality and perfectly matching interior. Each house has a 109 cm (minimum) TV in the living/dining room and a second Sat-TV (72 cm) in one of the bedrooms. Cycles for hire. charcoal barbecue not allowed at the house for fire safety reasons.

Für 8 Personen ideal. Das Haus (besonders die Bäder) waren verstaubt. Die Terasse war mit Unkraut bewachsen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass das Haus seit langem nicht bewohnt war. Von der Decke im Wohnzimmer tropfte Wasser aufgrund eines Defektes der Badewanne im darüberliegenden Bad. Dies wurde durch den Verwalter zwar repariert, jedoch tropfte es am darauffolgenden Tag wieder. Schlechte Wlan-Verbindung. Zur Nutzung der Fahrräder könnte der Verwalter keine Auskunft geben.

Unterkunft gut gelegen, Wlan war vorhanden aber mit sehr schlechtem Internet-Zugang was sehr ungünstig war. Mobiliar ok aber in die Jahre gekommen. Für Nutzung des Geschirrspülers mussten wir noch Salz und Klarspüler kaufen. Badnutzung unten schwierig für so viele Personen da keinerlei Ablagefläche vorhanden. Für 1860 euro pro Woche etwas höheren Standard erwartet.
