Die Lage mit Blick auf den Bodden ist wirklich Top! Absolute Ruhe, wenn nicht gerade ein Auto die Holperstraße entlang fährt 😉 Es ist alles da was man so braucht, zu fünft ausreichend Platz, auch wenn ich das Dachgeschoss meinen Eltern nicht hätte zumuten wollen aufgrund der steilen Treppe und der Dachschrägen, zum Glück war das Schlafzimmer plus Bad im 1. Stock gut für sie geeignet
Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung wäre sicher von Vorteil... (Matratzen, Kissen, Spülmaschine defekt...)

Für uns war die Lage super, die Kinder mochten den Garten. Die Anbindung per Bus war im Sommer okay.
Wer gerne sehr ruhig schläft, sollte wissen, dass die Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegen. Diese ist zwar nicht stark befahren, aber durch das Kopfsteinpflaster hörbar.
