Perfect for our family trip!

Great location! We had a modern house with lovely interior and a fire place. From our location we could go hiking or check out the area nearby. The wellness & spa area is big and offers 5 saunas with a nice view. Additionally, they had a well equipped fitness room that we enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

Relaxing stay close to the sea

We were staying in the studio apartment next to the main building. Same building has the gym and variety of saunas. Our studio apartment was nice, clean and quiet with a view to the sea.

The last strech of the road to the hotel is in a terrible condition.

Wonderful location, spa, and amenities

We loved the flat, it was spacious and nicely renovated. Had a large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen not to mention a great patio. The location was also amazing for nice walks on the water. Spa area was also exceptional.

The only issue we had with our stay is that they allowed children in the spa area and they were running around and screaming. The parents did not control their children and there was no hotel staff on-site to monitor the situation. It was very disturbing. Please make the spa area adult only!

Attractive apartment with sea views

Large apartment for 2 adults n 2 kids Parking so easy Bar serving nice snacks Kitchen was really nice with everything you need Having a view of the harbour was lovely

No playground for the children Also not been able to be alone without adults in games area Sauna and fitness not open until 2pm Kurkarte was not needed, kinda felt we were forced into buying something that wasn't needed. As we had a car and nobody ever checked. Pillows on bed were not very comfortable

Lovely holiday place with a seaside and nature vibe. Great outdoor options and a cozy sauna area.

The location is great, close to the water in a quiet, atmospheric village. The spa/sauna area is very pleasant. The receptionist changed our apartment on request, giving us a more sunny one with a terrace.

Shampoo and shower gel are not supplied.

Romantic setting for a relaxing holiday

The quiet setting, so relaxing and reinvigorating, no matter what the weather is like. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped studio apartment, with spacious bathroom and kitchenette, all in a romantic attic full of light and windows overlooking the sky, gardens, and portions of the close-by harbor.

The car park is very well maintained, but the available parking spaces are too tight, and everyone tends to park their vehicle (which are now almost all SUV sizes) extremely close to the line between parking spaces, taking up a little extra space. Maybe park spaces could be assigned based on the size of the car at the time of booking? As there are no other parking places in the area, this factor is very important to evaluate. The local Alte Bootswerft restaurant advertised here on the Residence page on Booking cannot be found or is definitely closed (Google Maps).

Absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub. Wir kommen wieder. 🍀

Sehr schöne, individuelle Ferienwohnungen mit Allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig. Wenn man die Natur genießen und Ruhe und Erholung tanken will ist man hier richtig. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Der Wellnessbereich hatte auch alles was man braucht plus Boddenblick. Für Chichi und Bespaßung… lieber nach Binz. 😉

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit Sport und Sauna

Die Zimmer der Ferienwohnung waren sauber, hell und recht groß. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Spa Bereich war ebenso sehr weiträumig, sauber und modern. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren, zum Entdecken der Natur im Bereich Mönchgut. Sehr schöner Saunabereich mit Ausblick auf den Hafen, gut zum Relaxen.

Die Ruhe und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Billard, Kicker, Tischtennis alles kostenfrei), Wellnessbereich (Bademantel 10Euro), Fitnessstudio

Wir (Mutter und Kind) haben ein Appartement bekommen, welches sonst mit Hunden bewohnt wird. Zum Glück sind wir keine Allergiker, fanden die Haare auf der Couch aber wirklich unschön. Nach einer Beschwerde gab es nur eine Nachreinigung.

Eine unglaubliche tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Highlights mit der Sauna und dem Kamin.

Die Wohnung war umwerfend. Schön groß, mit zwei Etagen, unglaublich gemütlich mit dem Kamin und natürlich als Highlight die Sauna. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, wo man schön den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Unterkunft von Hügeln umgeben. Ein wunderschönes Landschaftsbild.

war schön, wir waren vor 10 Jahren das letzte mal dort

Ausgezeichnete Lage am Greifswalder Bodden, mit viel Ruhe.

Es hat uns sehr erstaunt zu hören, daß alles was zum Ressort gehört, ab Januar 2026 abgerissen und neu gebaute werden soll. Luxus-Unterkünfte und Eigentumswohnungen sollen entstehen mit Kaufpreisen ab 1 Million € aufwärts. Absolut dumm und ilosorisch. Funktioniert in diesem Teil Rügens niemals. Damit werden normale Ausflügler wie wir, die mit dem Motorrad unterwegs sind automatisch ausgegrenzt. Will man in Ostdeutschland ein neues Sylt schaffen ??

Eigentlich schöne Anlage, leider wird nur notdürftig geflickt, neue Matratzen dringend nötig!

Ruhige Lage, gute Aufteilung der Wohnung: Wohnzimmer unter der heißen Dachschräge, Schlafzimmer im kühlen Stockwerk darunter.

Die Matratzen der Betten waren so sehr durchgelegen, dass man in einer tiefe Mulde schlafen musste. Im Badezimmer waren Teile der Lüftung mit Panzertape befestigt, an der Duschstange fehlte eine Halterung, das Deckenlicht in der Küche funktionierte nicht.
