Lovely apartment in the Public Garden

Lovely apartment with plenty of natural light. Well located next to the public garden, easy walk into town and the Chartrons area. Laurence is friendly and responsive, she left some wine and water for me which is much appreciated after a long journey. I’d certainly stay here again if I’m back in Bordeaux! Just one room for improvement: the toilet doesn’t flush very well and could do with an upgrade…

The Appartment is in a great location next to the Jardin Public, several supermarkets close by and a 10 minute walk to the market square at Chartrons with all the restaurants you could ask for. Try the Vere Siffe wine bar just round the corner by the supermarket, lovely location, great staff and some good food The lift wasn’t working during my stay which was tough as the apartment is on the 4th floor. The apartment is very well equipped for a long stay.

L'appartement est très bien situé (à côté du jardin public)pour les balades dans le quartier des chartrons. Il y a eu petit problème avec l'accès du bâtiment car il y a des travaux en ce moment et donc je me suis retrouvée coincée à 19h dehors sur le trottoir (le compteur été disjoncté) merci aux voisins de 2ème étage qui m'ont sauvés pour rentrer dans le bâtiment. Il faudrait mettre à la disposition du locataire la clé de la porte d'à côté le temps des travaux. 😉 Sinon l'appartement est top.👍

Tout était en harmonie, l'emplacement du studio à ciel ouvert, le beau temps, la proximité des transports en commun. Pour raccourcir le trajet à pied et accéder au Musée d'Art Contemporain, il suffit de traverser le bellissime grand Jardin public. Les petits restos du Marché des Chartrons recommandés par la gérante sont excellents. En 5 mn de bus ou tram, vous arrivez place des Quinconces et au Centre Ville. Des visites de la ville sont organisés toutes les heures en bus anglais près du Grand Théâtre. Bref, une parfaite situation du studio avec des petits commerces à proximité, tout y est pour un excellent séjour.
