About this house rental
Our house is located in a central, but quiet cul de sac location of Esens. The animal-free non-smoking house offers enough space for 8 people on 125m² of living space.
The house has a cozy u. bright living room with integrated kitchenette and 2 bathrooms with toilet, storage room with washing machine (free use) u. Dryer (with coin machine) 4 bedrooms for 2 people each. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 master bedroom with cot. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each) and another bathroom.
The living room is very cozy and stylish. For entertainment, satellite / color TV, free WiFi and radio / CD as well as various board games are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Dishes are available for 8 people. You will not miss anything.
Outside there is a beautiful garden shed with a covered terrace, seating and grill. 2 parking spaces are at the house.
There are no green areas (meadow / garden) at the house. There is a public playground for our little guests in the street.

Tolles Ferienhaus, bei dem bis ins kleinste Detail einfach an alles gedacht wurde. Zustand der Räume und Inneneinrichtung neuwertig und sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit *****+. Zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage.
Sehr persönlicher und netter Empfang. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr.:-)

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen im Ferienhaus Moin.
Die Angaben im Internet haben zu 100% gestimmt. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtet und es hat uns da an nichts gefehlt.
Danke noch mal für die liebevolle Begrüßung und den liebenvollen abschied. Wir durften zu einer spannenden zeit da sein, dem Halloweenfest in Esens. Es war eine tolle Erfahrungen so etwas mal mit tu machen. Man kam sich vor wie in klein Halloween Town 😊 Gernw werden wir bei nächster Gelegenheit das.Ferienhaus Moin wieder buchen.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen ein schöne Woche in diesem sehr gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Ich kann alle vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Netter Empfang, super gepflegtes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, gute Lage. Ruhig aber trotzdem zentrumsnah.
Perfekter Ort, um diese Gegend, die wir noch nicht kannten zu erkunden.
