Tolle Lage und super Gegend. Leider Haus mit Mängeln.

Die super Lage ist hervorzuheben. Zwei Garagen zur Nutzung waren auch super, mit direkten Zugang zum Haus. Super Größe des Hauses. Die zwei Hobbyräume waren bei schlechtem Wetter auch toll. Der offene Wohnraum war auch super.

Leider ließen sich einige Fenster nicht öffnen, gerade bei warmen tagen nicht angenehm. Wenn man bedenkt das die meisten Fenster im Obergeschoss nur zum kippen gingen. Dadurch war keine Stoßlüftung möglich. Der Außenbereich, insbesondere die Liegen und Stühle waren dreckig. Nichts vorbereitet für Gäste. Dies hat sich auch durch das Haus gezogen. Überall Staub, tote Fliegen, Spinnweben und Reste von den vorherigen Mietern. Die Küche war auch für uns grenzwertig. Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mülleimer waren dreckig. Viele Möbel sind abgewohnt und das Haus benötigt eine Renovierung. Innen wie außen Sanierung notwendig. In dem Zustand ist es zu teuer. Gleichzeitig fragen wir uns wofür die 180€ Endreinigung sind, bei so einem Zustand.
