Aufgrund des kühlen Wetters haben wir einen Balkon nicht vermisst, würden jedoch beim nächsten Urlaub eher eine Wohnung

Zentrale Lage. Ruhiges Haus bzw. gute Schallisolierung. Moderne Einrichtung.

Mitunter leichte Geruchsbelästigung durch das benachbarte Restaurant. Fast keine Putzutensilien vorhanden. Das Treppenhaus könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden.
