Lage top ,Austattung und Sauberkeit verbesserungsbedürftig

Die Lage war top

Es fehlte an Besen etc. Bzw. Den Hinweis wo diese zu finden sind . Es gab keinen Sonnenschirm obwohl auf den Fotos einer zu erkennen war ,des Weiteren fehlte ein Wäscheständer . Bei Anreise war der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon noch prall gefüllt und die Wohnung nur gefegt nicht gewischt .Somit befand sich viel Staub an diversen Stellen .Eine Trennung auf dem seitlichen Balkon zur Nachbarwohnung hätten wir auch gut gefunden .Somit konnten die Nachbarskinder vor unserer Balkontür spielen ! Vieles wirkte verwohnt und instandsetzungsbedürftig

Moderne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Besonders gut war die Lage der Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum. Ebenfalls war die Wohnung sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und gepflegt. Modern und funktional gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Die Parkplätze sind etwas eng,wenn alle Wohnungen besetzt sind. Es gab leider keinen Besen(nur einen Handfeger),so dass man zwischendurch einmal hätte durchfegen können.

Super gerne wieder

Die Lage ist hervorragend +. Restaurants, Eisdielen, Lebensmittel und Geschenke fußläufig in 1min erreichbar ebenso der Vermieter. Parkplätze befinden sich vor der Haustür.

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit gerne mehr

An sich war die Wohnung in Ordnung, obwohl für eine hohe Anzahl von Personen Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen Hauptkritik ist die Sauberkeit, die exemplarisch in den Bildern zusammen gefasst ist. Auch sollten notwendige Reparaturen gegebenenfalls durchgeführt werden.
