About this villa rental

Whether Mediteraner garden or balcony, no wishes remain open for up to 7 guests. Large heated pool, barbecue, garden table, cozy couch and Ausenküche available to guests to have.
Special joy makes sitting under the palm trees with a glass of Istrian
Wine, watching Jolas organic olive plantation and the lights of Savudrija lighthouse.
A walk with the dog in the morning on meadows and fields near is, you ausgeglischen and make happy.
Bike ride to Umag along Adriatic coast is a fantastic experience.
Also migrate from Monte Roso (Golf Course) after Kanegra overlooking Savudrija bay and swim there throughout the day is a great experience.
Golf Course Adriatic is only 300 meters away.
Otherwise the house was home of Count Francesco, the biggest open wine and olive oil producer in the region. Even single-old olive trees of former olive groves have remained.
That is why our place is named after Count Francesco - Franceskija.
