About this house rental
This stunning home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short stroll through Banksia Park to the shops and the beach at Normanville. With a wide veranda/deck around most of the home, it offers stunning sea, coastal and rural views from the Gulf St Vincent to Carrickalinga.
With 3 large bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the rear entertaining deck, a sparkling kitchen with gas hotplates, microwave, wall oven and dishwasher and timber polished floors throughout. Sit back, relax and enjoy the summer sunsets on the veranda or cosy up in winter with the wood heater.
Location: Situated in a quiet cal-de-sac above Normanville town center
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 (3 bed/2 bath) 1 queen, 2 singles, 1 bunk and a sofa bed in 2nd lounge room
Facilities: 2 living areas, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry (no access to the garage)
Features/Entertainment: 2 tvs, dvd, Wifi, iPod docking station, bbq, outdoor setting
Heating/cooling: r/c split system air conditioner and wood heater in the living area (must supply own wood), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Not fully fenced

Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into the rental fee

thank you Ray White and the great staff for supporting me in renting this holiday home in the very beautiful Normanville. The house had a view that was so peaceful and interesting that I will always remember this holiday with a smile in my heart. The home was very clean, the customer service from Blake, impeccable. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
