The activities, pool table , table tennis table, plus the beds were comfy, there was plenty of different areas for all our family to chill. The cupboards were stocked with everything we needed.

Location is great - far enough away from the beach and a good walk in the cooler weather.
Just a short drive for the milk and paper.
Good cafes.
A couple of minor maintenance items need fixing.
Light above table tennis table is not effective - it doesn't work properly. Turns itself off after a few minutes.
Light above pool table does not work.
3 Pool cues need replacement tips.
The darts board I had asked about wasn't at the house. I searched high and low and couldn't find it.
