About this house rental
The name says it all really! Single story holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor centrally located right in the heart of South Bay Carrickalinga, only mere minutes’ walk from the water’s edge.
This residence will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It has a fully enclosed rear yard which is ideal for small children, pets, and has the added bonus of free wifi.
In the heart of the home, you will find the open plan living with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertainment area making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave & fridge freezer
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Facilities: Open plan dining and kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, 2nd beer fridge, wifi, Foxtel, bbq, and Webber Q. Laundry facilities. Ample open space car parking surrounding the property.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle to the main living room & ceiling fans to some bedrooms.
Pets: Pets permitted.
Fenced: Fully enclosed yard.
Special features: Close to the beach, decked alfresco dining, and boat parking.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages to include towels through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Place was clean. Location not far from the beach. No supplies in the house. Need to take everything, linen, towels, tea towels, bath mates, soap, toilet paper. Kitchen well equipped. BBQ’s outside need a major clean.

Good location, very close to beach, heaps of parking. Nice living space. Kitchen dated and no pantry. Also, may seem like a minor, but no tea or coffee supplied or soap for the showers. Some of the lightbulbs in the bedrooms were blown. Bathrooms good, bedrooms good, good outdoor space for the dog.
