Our spacious coastal retreat is set in Carrickalinga Sands estate, a safe family-friendly pocket where you can hear the waves from our backyard. The beach is only a short 3 minute walk away.
Designed for groups and extended families, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with multiple living zones so everyone can spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space. Whether you’re here for long summer days by the water or a cosy winter escape, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location.
Unwind in light-filled interiors, enjoy meals together, or relax under the covered outdoor patio overlooking the park. With games, books, and entertainment for all ages, it’s an easy, stress-free getaway all year round.
The Space.
Four spacious bedrooms await, with all beds professionally made before your arrival. Quality cotton linen, bath towels, extra blankets and quilts are all provided for a comfortable stay.
One of the standout features of the home is the three separate living areas, making it ideal for larger group, and for everyone to find their own spot:
• Main living area: Open-plan kitchen, coffee machine, two dining spaces, and a central lounge
• Second lounge area: TV, DVD player, and an old-school Nintendo loaded with 300 games.
• Games room: A dedicated kids’ retreat packed with entertainment
There’s also a dedicated work-from-home desk with free WiFi, giving you the option to stay connected if needed.
The fully enclosed backyard is safe and perfect for families, with a covered patio ideal for long summer evenings.

What a wonderful place. Lots of space. Very clean. Short walk to the beach. The host was great to correspond with. We had a fantastic stay.

Situated in a great location, short walk to the beach, down the road from Forktree brewery. It was great having separate sections and living rooms. We had to amend the booking during the process and the help and support was fantastic. Definitely recommend the stay!
