On 3rd floor with stairs. Not good for people with mobility issues. Too far to walk to beach

Beautiful views and able to walk to the beach/town.
One of the primary reasons we chose this was due to the proximity to the beach and the air-conditioning. It's a lovely spot and a well-appointed unit - however - there's only air-conditioning in the main living area, not bedrooms. It's a very hot time of the year at Christmas and I did spend 3 of 7 nights on the couch. Also, we had beautiful views on the 3rd level but there are 129 steps to get up there. This is fine if you're fit and able, but would need to be taken into consideration if you're not as It's also a very steep area.
