Instead, we rely on individuality, quality and durability from German, French and Swiss furniture manufacturers. Binzprinz is conveniently located in the city center of Binz, directly opposite the Kurhaus, about 200 meters from the promenade and the Baltic Sea beach and 300 meters from the large beach bridge. Edeka and the main street with shops are all just around the corner on foot.
Fast WiFi internet, Netflix, 2 flat screen TVs, sound system with Spotify Connect. In addition to the convenient location, the private beach chair, the rain shower, the parking space and the optional laundry package made in Germany ensure comfort and convenience.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal für 2 Personen. Die Sclüsselübergabe war problemlos. Super zentral, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Strandpromenade und Seebrücke. Lebensmittelgeschäft andere Straßenseite. Der eigene Strandkorb in der ersten Reihe ist auch ein super +
Wir waren jetzt zum 2 x dort und wenn wieder Binz dann nur im Binzprinz. Können wir nur von Herzen empfehlen
Der Vermieter Oliver ruft auch persönlich an, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Total freundlich.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen kleinen Details.
Lage sehr zentral. Besonderes Highlight war für uns der Strandkorb .

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, es ist allerdings etwas laut wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind aufgrund der tollen Lage. Das Bad ist wirklich sehr schick, allerdings mangelte es dann wieder an einem ordentlichen Regal, denn das vorhandene wackelte so, dass immer alles runter fiel und der Kosmetikspiegel hing nur noch an einer losen Schraube. An einem Fenster war kein Rollo,dran, an einem anderen funktionierte es nicht. Die Küche war meiner Ansicht nach zu spartanisch ausgestattet – man hatte nicht mal einen Quirl, geschweige denn einen Mixer. Ich hätte auch erwartet, dass es für alle Arten von Getränken Gläser gibt, aber auch das war sehr spartanisch.
Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und auch der Balkon hatte lange keinen Besen gesehen. Ein Geschirr Handtuch war auch nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war’s aber sehr sauber und das Bett war unheimlich bequem.
