About this house rental
"Villa Hill 222". Rügen, the largest and perhaps most beautiful German island, has an abundance of holiday offers for its visitors at all times. Visit our exclusive house, "Villa Hügel 222", in the beach park Baabe. Only 100 meters from the beach you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from our luxurious house on the hill. 20 steps in front of the front door the Baaber Heide invites to walks.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally. Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
A pet costs 20, - € per booking.
Our house offers you a lot of comfort. Additional features include sun loungers, 2 TVs, high chair, cot, DVD player u. V. A. m. For the safety of the little guests ensure child-safe sockets and a stair gate.
In the kitchen even ambitious home cooks will find everything their heart desires.
An insider tip is the winter season. After a long hike in the freezing cold, enjoy the comforting warmth of our sauna and whirlpool (with lighting). How about a hot buckthorn punch in front of the crackling stove? You are always welcome!

Das Objekt Villa Hügel liegt perfekt! Nicht an dem Hauptgehweg. Und für sich etwas allein gestellt auf einem Hügel so das man direkt das Meer sehen konnte. Die Innenausstattung hatte alles was man für den Normalen Alltag braucht. Hier waren keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben. Natürlich waren ein zwei Abnutzung spuren vorhanden. Wen diese aber stören der ist echt kleinlich. Alles in allem wollen wir gerne Wiederkommen und dann auch genau dort. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!
