About this house rental

The spacious town house 'Mardeleva' is located in the historic fishing district of Conil in a beautiful stair district. The town house has been completely renovated and is very modern. The roof terraces extend over different areas and invite you to sunbathe. The upper terrace captivates with its breathtaking panoramic view. The two bedrooms and the shower room are on the ground floor. The kitchen with sea view, the living and dining room (air conditioning) and another toilet are on the first floor. The living room is equipped with an LED TV (SAT TV) and a cozy sofa corner.
A spiral staircase extends over all floors.
The terrace on the second floor is furnished. Free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic cable) is available in the house.

40 'TV with satellite TV (German & Spanish), DVB-T, Blu-Ray player and Dolby Surround system with Bluetooth function to connect to your devices.
