Apartamento el Mar means living almost right on Conil’s main beach.

This very well-maintained apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The living-dining room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a dining table for 4 people. From there, you can step out onto the furnished terrace with a sun awning, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea.

The kitchen is well-equipped and also offers a beautiful view all the way to the sea.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a second with two single beds (90 cm each). Both bedrooms have built-in closets. The ocean view from the double bedroom is also almost unbeatable.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi via fiber-optic technology as well as satellite TV are available.

For the cooler winter months, there is a portable electric heater for the living room, as well as a space heater that can be used to warm up the bedrooms and the bathroom as needed.

The apartment is located right on the beach promenade in Conil. Smaller and larger supermarkets are a 5- to 10-minute walk away, and the historic district, with its countless restaurants and bars, is just a 5-minute walk away.
