The "Gardenia" townhouse is located in the historic fishing district of Conil, at the upper edge of the beautiful "Treppenviertel" neighborhood. The location is very quiet.
The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. The new furnishings are very modern.
The house features a rooftop terrace that captivates with its breathtaking views of the town and the Atlantic Ocean and is perfect for sunbathing. It is equipped with sun loungers, an awning, and a dining area. There is also a lovely outdoor shower for cooling off above the rooftops of Conil.
The first floor features the entrance with a coat closet, as well as the two bedrooms, each with a very modern en suite bathroom.
The open-concept kitchen and the living and dining area are located on the first floor.
Both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area, are equipped with air conditioning.
In the living room, you’ll find a 40-inch TV with satellite and DVB-T (German & Spanish), a Blu-ray player, and a Dolby Surround system with Bluetooth functionality.
The second floor also features a cozy sitting area with panoramic views, as well as a guest restroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection) is available in the house.
The beach is about 300 m away.
