A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the three bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower/tub combination are located. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140x200 cm), the second has two single beds (80x190 cm each), and the third has a single bed (90x200 cm). Another spiral staircase leads to the private, furnished rooftop terrace with a spectacular ocean view.
The living room and the bedroom with the double bed are equipped with air conditioning, and tenants have access to Wi-Fi via fiber-optic technology.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Conil’s nightlife district. During the summer months of July and August, the area is bustling with activity, so it can get quite noisy.
