This apartment has a great layout, is fully air-conditioned, and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It’s in an exceptional location with beautiful views from the rooftop, and you can enjoy the best of Conil de la Frontera on foot. Right next to a playground, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and the boardwalk, and less than 5 minutes from the town center. The Torre de Guzmán is less than 1 minute away (free admission with incredible views). On the day of check-in, you’ll find the apartment ready and clean. New mattresses and box springs. Bedspreads and sheets (available for both summer and winter) and towels for each guest. You can surf and enjoy other water sports year-round just 400 meters away.

Both check-in and check-out times can be adjusted whenever possible, depending on the specific circumstances (feel free to send me an inquiry explaining your needs, and I’ll respond).

Even if you have booked a stay with a 4:00 PM check-in time, if the apartment is ready before 4:00 PM, you will be notified in any case so that you can check in before the originally scheduled time, if you wish.

Prior to the check-in date, in the event of a cancellation due to justified force majeure, the owner/host of the accommodation agrees to refund 100% of the amount received for the reservation, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made.

Pursuant to the obligations imposed on the Host by current REGULATIONS:

All guests must provide the host with the information specified in subsections 3 and 4 of Section B) of Annex I of ROYAL DECREE 933/2021, dated October 26 (BOE, October 27) so that the Host may comply with the data reporting obligation imposed by Article 6.3 thereof.

Between stays, both cleaning and disinfection will be intensified, with special attention given to frequently touched areas and surfaces using a bleach- or alcohol-based solution to ensure enhanced cleanliness.

A new Welcome/Cleaning Kit is provided with each reservation.

Use of the communal rooftop: Guests are permitted to go up to hang laundry and enjoy the beautiful views. Barbecues and/or drinking are prohibited. Minors must be accompanied by an adult (jumping or making loud noises is prohibited to avoid disturbing neighbors). Always lock the door after use.

Important: Stays may be booked for a MAXIMUM of 59 consecutive nights, as this is a vacation rental apartment.
