About this house rental
Vällentorpet (Lilla Söderlund) is a 54-acre house with nostalgic Swedish charm (including open fireplace), special history (see below) and modern standard (2017 partially renovated) on the farm Söderlund.
The house stood until about 125 years ago, where the lake Vällen merges into the river Jösseälven. It used to be a forge. Here, the young Lars Magnus Ericsson worked as an apprentice, long before he became famous with the production of telephones.
Ferienhaus Vällentorpet is just 50 meters from the Vällens lakeshore, which has a river connection to Utgårdsjö in Norway.
Large natural plot with forest, meadow and long private stand line.
Excellent outdoor options on water (shared use of rowboat and canoe) and land.
Finnskogleden is a well-known hiking trail that runs on both sides of the Swedish-Norwegian border.
For those interested in shopping, one of Sweden's largest shopping centers is in Charlottenberg (16 km).

Die Unterkunft ist herrlich an einem See gelegen, die Ausstattung ist komfortabel die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und Bettwäsche/Handtücher sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen,
auch nach unserem 2.Aufenthalt hier können wir das Objekt und den zuvorkommenden Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

Super huisje!!, lekker rustig en super vriendelijke eigenaren (heeft zelfs de tijd genomen om met ons op “moose safari” te gaan) Voor ons was de schommelbank met uitzicht over het meer echt wel even een rustmomentje. Tevens top dat je vrij gebruik mocht maken van een roeiboot en kano

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet in ganz feiner Lage, es war sogar schon geheizt, als wir ankamen, extra Schnee geschoben und supernette Vermieter. Können wir sehr weiterempfehlen....
