About this house rental
Villa Solviken is located in the lake and forest area of Värmland and belongs to the small village of Simonstorp, which actually consists of just a few houses - you won't find a village shop here - you will find an idyll here that hardly exists. So don't be surprised if a flock of Canada geese walks past you on the street - it's their customary law and nobody will disturb them.
Villa Solviken is not a small house and was completely renovated in 2015, i.e. h .: new bathrooms (one with whirlpool), super-comfortable fitted kitchen with touchscreen hob, fridge-freezer combination, triple-glazed windows, modern ventilation via inventory for a good indoor climate - and of course a high-quality equipment for the living rooms. You don't have to do without connecting to civilization, because Villa Solviken has high-speed internet (fiber optic cable). The kitchen is large, 6 people can comfortably sit at the dining table - and are spoiled with a view of Lake Tvällen. The covered terrace is more than spacious, the lake almost at your fingertips. The comfortable seating in the living room will delight you. On the ground floor there is also a smaller bedroom and the bathroom with a whirlpool. The two bedrooms upstairs are larger and have their own wardrobes. The shower room is also on the upper floor.
Villa Solviken has a full basement - enough storage space for bulky holiday items such as golf bags or surfboards can be accommodated here.
The washing machine is set up here - so there is no tightness in the utility area - not even on the property with a lot of lawn around the house, because it is 2,500 m² in size and extends to the edge of the forest.
The boat launch for our guests is located directly on the lakeshore in front of the house. Here we have moored a rowboat for trips across the lake.
Anglers will also like to use the boat.

We loved the lake and the forest. There was so much to discover by swimming, hiking and doing standup-paddeling.

With our 2 kids we spend a week in this lovely house. The house was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our time and saw a lot of wildlife (moose, canadian geese, crane, deer, grass snake). We often drove to a small beach (only 5 min by car) were the kids played in the lake or on the rocks.

Wir waren Mitte Juni für zwei Wochen in der Villa Solviken am Tvällensee. Es war unser zweiter
Schwedenurlaub in einem der Häuser von Frau Peters. Das Haus war modern und gemütlich
eingerichtet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Der Blick von der Veranda unbezahlbar. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten daher
die Veranda ausgiebig nutzen. Die Zeit haben wir mit lesen, angeln und Ausflüge in der Umgebung
verbracht. Die Kanadagänse mit ihren kleinen Gösseln kamen uns jeden Tag besuchen. Sie waren
schon putzig anzuschauen, wären da nicht die „ Hinterlassenschaften“, aber das ist halt Natur.
Wir hatten auch keine Mücken, bis auf einen Abend wo es schwülwarm war. Da haben sie uns
ein wenig gepiesackt, aber mit Autan kein Problem.
Wir haben die zwei Wochen Ruhe in dieser wunderschönen Gegend sehr genossen und werden
auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub in Schweden planen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Lage ist Traumhaft und es ist so schön ruhig hier. Toll zu entspannen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.😊 Christiane ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.
