Golf course (18 hole) 4.4 km, sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Please note: nightclub/disco close by.

Good and clean apartment in the center of Chamonix. 5min walk to the bus station, 5min walk to the main shopping street. Apartment itself small, but had everything I needed. Only downside is the key, you have to pick it up from Interhome office which is 800m north from the apartment. With all the luggage if you arrive by bus, you have to pass by the apartment, walk 800m and then back to the apartment.

The apartment is warm and very convenient for the bus stop in Chamonix Sud and local shops. It's a short walk from the main centre of Chamonix, so easily accessible. If you are travelling without a car (as I was), make sure that the Interhome office in Chamonix provide you with the code to the entrance door (as you are not entering from the sous-sol garage). I wasn't given this and was helped to access the block by other occupants. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Room was very clean but had a musty smell, most likely due to drying ski equipment. Opening the windows removed the smell but it returned. Its location is excellent for the Chamonix bus station and a supermarket literally 100 yards away.
