About this apartment rental

A 2-minute walk to the ski lifts of the star ski area in Chamonix.
South facing, not overlooked and with fully glazed façade: sunshine from morning to evening. Direct view of the Aiguille Verte, and of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc through the fir trees.

Living room (sofa/trundle bed), open plan kitchen, WC - washbasin and balcony on the ground floor.
Mezzanine (under normal ceiling height) with double bed or twin beds (separate mattresses and removable partition panel for use as twin beds) and a single bed, and bathroom (tub with shower).
Curtains on the mezzanine ensure intimacy of the different sleeping areas.
Possibility of 6th sleeping on the dining room bench (70cm wide).

Neat, bright, cozy and well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fondue, raclette grill, toaster, basic food stock, television, Hi-fi system, sledge, snow shovel...
Wifi. Ski locker. Collective outdoor parking.

Bus stop to the other ski areas of Chamonix 200 m away (Brevent-Flegere, Aiguille du Midi, Les Houches) and 250 m (le Tour). Train station 300 m away. No car needed ! Some shops (skishop, restaurant and bar) on site and supermarket 600 m away. All shops, bars and restaurants in Argentiere 300 - 600 m away. Chamonix center at 8 km.

Supplies provided (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher product and all cleaning products), tea towels, bath mats, coupons (20%) on ski rental at the nearest skishop.

Owner Care.

Visitor's tax : 0.80 € / adult / night
Final cleaning : 60 € (+ 20 € for an animal) refunded in whole or in part depending on the cleanliness of the apartment upon departure of the tenant.

Options:
- Provision of linen + preparation of beds: 7 € / person, or you can bring your own ;
- Towels : 3 € / person, or you can bring your own.

There is a 5 € supplement per person per night starting from the 4th person. It is automatically calculated by the website.

I stayed here for a long weekend with my brother. The apartment sleeps 3 people comfortably but you can also convert the sofas into beds. It’s located a stones throw from the Grand Montets lift which is a great ski area and a 6 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Argentière. The apartment is exactly what we needed.
