A studio divided into a separate very small bedroom and the living room b

Everything available in the flat, close to shops.

Luck of ventilation inside the flat and the nees to open the window at night and exposure to noise from the street.

Watch the paragliders from your balcony!

Cute apartment in a nice communal square. Everything is close (right across from the telepherique to Augille du Midi). Sit on the balcony and watch the paragliders while drinking your coffee!

I wasn't here for the night life, and the cute communial square is party central on the weekends (in summer, at least). Not a great place for quiet, if you go to bed before 3am.

Excellent with a stunning mountain view and easy access to everything

The apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was a 1 minute walk to aigulle du midi cable car. The location is walking distance to the train station and bus station. In addition to this the property is close to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. This is the ideal location for anyone who isnt driving

A nice and clean apartment facing a noisy yard

It was really clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, both the bedroom bed and the sofa were comfortable, the host was helpful when texting her via booking app. The is a grocery store literally next to the apartment.

There were 3 big disadvantages for me, maybe it won’t be issues for others: 1. Parking was too complicated. The entry location was not clear at all. But even once we found it we used the wrong badge, so we could not access. The are two badges included with the keys, make sure you try both. When we entered the parking, there were no places left, so we had to figure out where the underground parking was, thanks to some strangers who helped us. In the underground parking there are two gates, what we were not aware of, one for access and another one for exit. 2. The noise from the yard which both rooms of the apartment are facing. The are bars right in front of you and it was very noisy during the whole our stay until 1 am. 3. No air conditioning - we could not open the windows because of the noise.

agreable pied-à-terre à Cham'

emplacement central, parking gratuit assuré grâce au badge. on sort de la place et on est devant le téléphérique de l aiguille du midi ou alors si on fait quelques pas et qu'on traverse la rivière, on est dans le centre-ville piétonnier. génial ! car on n a pas repris notre voiture de tout le séjour. l appartement est cosy et bien équipé, sèche- serviettes et sèche-cheveux. dans la cuisine nous avons tout trouvé selon nos besoins. nous étions 2 et n avons pas utilisé le canapé-lit du salon. celui de la petite chambre (coin-nuit fabriqué en insérant une cloison recouverte de bois dans le salon) était très confortable. j ai apprécié d avoir des vraies plantes dans le logement.

rien. toute la résidence entoure une place pietonne contenant des commerces et des bars avec terrasses. attention, toujours avoir le badge sur vous.

Especial en Chamonix

Espacioso, bien ubicado, bien equipado. Aseo y baño separados, cocina con todo lo necesario, placa de inducción, nevera, TV, sofá muy cómodo , vistas espectaculares al KV de Plan Praz y Le Brevent.

La cama era muy blanda pero bueno, esto va a gustos. Aún así hemos podido descansar muy bien.

Que no te pase nada

Ubicación

Se bloqueo la llave del parking, no tenía plan B, nadie con otra llave o posible solución, tuvimos que retrasar nuestra salida para solucionarle a los propietarios el problema y ir nosotros en nuestro tiempo a desbloquear la llave para los siguientes inquilinos. Teniendo que pagar parking. Lo que significa que no hay plan B si te pasa algo, tipo perdida de llaves ......

Locatie is top. Na een klein issue heeft de host ons uitstekend geholpen en er was goed contact.

Un petit appartement parfait pour un week-end dans la ville du sport outdoor !

Appartement très bien placé avec parking. Une fois la voiture garée, plus eu besoin de s'en servir du week-end. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé. Bien que nous n'ayons pas croisé Marine, elle a été hyper réactive, de bon conseil, arrangeante. Bref je recommande !

Chamonix sub 버스 역이랑 가까움 바로앞에 빵집, 마트 있음 (빵집 사워도우 맛있음) 에귀디미디 전망대랑 가까움 숙소 생각보다 넒음 겨울에도 따뜻함 (1월 기준)

테이블 등 안깨끗했음 샤워기 물 수압이 조금 아쉬움 침대 베게 불편함 조리도구는 다 있지만 청소가 잘 안된 것 같았음 후라이팬 하나는 기름이 그대로 껴있고 바닥이 다 타있었음 그릇, 컵 이 깨진거 많음 방음 절 안됨 6시 이후 소음 있음 월~목은 그냥 저냥 괜찮았는데 금요일은 시끄러워서 잘 못 잠

Malgré un emplacement idéal et une belle vue, notre séjour a été gâché par une propreté inadmissible, une odeur persista

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Chamonix et, malgré un emplacement idéal en plein centre et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante.

Dès notre arrivée, une odeur insupportable envahissait l’appartement. Nous avons tenté de l’éliminer en aérant pendant plusieurs jours, mais rien n’y a fait, et cette odeur s’est même imprégnée dans nos vêtements. À cela s’ajoute une propreté inadmissible : de la poussière était accumulée sous les meubles, des livres oubliés traînaient sous le canapé, et la literie était si sale qu’elle nous a causé des boutons. Manifestement, le ménage n’avait pas été correctement fait. Nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes, à l’aspirateur et à la serpillière, pour rendre l’appartement vivable, ce qui est inacceptable pour un logement à ce prix. En outre, des bruits étranges provenant du plafond, probablement causés par des rongeurs, ont perturbé nos nuits et ajouté à notre inconfort. Bien que l’hôte ait été réactif et ait répondu rapidement à nos messages, ces problèmes étaient bien trop importants pour être compensés. Nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l’appartement un jour plus tôt, car il était devenu impossible de rester plus longtemps dans ces conditions. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement et n’y reviendrons pas. À ce tarif, une prestation d’un tout autre niveau est attendue.
