Amazing place for a large family get gathering.

Amazing, spacious house with everything that we needed. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. Hoist was responsive. Swimming pool fantastic, allocated slots worked well for us.

A lovely space to spend a few days whilst exploring the North Devon coast.

The cottage was nicely appointed, clean and everything we needed was available (bar a measuring jug?). The pool is a lovely space which in the week we stayed we had all to ourselves. The weather was not on our side when we stayed but we imagine the outdoor spaces such as the park and barbeque would have been lovely in the Summer.

Cottage number 5 has banging water pipes (hot water tap in the kitchen)! The only other comment would be that the tv in the lounge was a little basic. There were no streaming services available on it nor could we cast onto it from any device. All Freeview channels available but this seems 'a bit quaint' nowadays (although we did find a very big DVD collection on our last day!)

Weather was damp/ wet on our stay - so not much available to do on site indoors Pool would have been a lot better if the jacuzzi was working

A very quiet, private location with excellent facilities and close to beaches and a town nearby for any groceries etc ne

The range of leisure facilities were excellent, especially for families and small children. We made use of the pool which was another bonus. It was lovely during hot weather to be able to eat at the picnic tables outside in the court yard.

Perfect upside down house. Very comfortable, spacious and spotless. Loved the balcony overlooking the court yard. But would mostly come back for use of all the facilities, tennis and wow, private use of the beautiful pool at night whilst using bluetooth. Our children enjoyed stepping out of the house to play table tennis. loved it ❤️

Relaxed atmosphere, clean & well stocked with comforts & activities.

Beautiful quiet location. Cottages clean, nicely converted & well stocked grouped around a well set out courtyard with bbq & activities available. Very clean. Tourist information, book & video library catered for all guests. Woodland walk around the grounds & tennis court was readily available with plenty of quality rackets & balls available. Rural location but local towns bustling with shops & rural charm.

It was quiet when we visited so might have quite a buzz during busy periods. Directions on website guide from M5 & the East. We were travelling up from Cornwall so a different route would have been useful as the complex is sited in a rural area with limited signage. Slight confusion over booking the pool as info in the cottage was different to info held elsewhere but soon sorted with a phone call to guest services.

The stay was amazing from good size, quality finish, facilities, amazing hosts. My high light was the all weather bbq hut, I have never seen anything like it.
