This charming holiday apartment is located in a historic villa with a large garden and pool, just 70 metres from the sea. The property was built in the 19th century as a summer residence and now offers modern apartments in a quiet location. The ground floor apartment is approximately 50 m² and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a cosy living and dining area with a sofa bed, dining table, and satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, kettle, and filter coffee machine ensures comfort just like at home.
The apartment includes a 24 m² covered terrace with an awning and garden furniture – ideal for enjoying warm evenings outdoors. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are available. In the well-maintained garden of the villa, guests have access to a large freshwater pool, sun loungers, shady seating areas, and barbecue facilities.
