This bright and spacious holiday apartment in Savudrija offers everything you need for a relaxed holiday on the Adriatic on 42 m² of living space plus 20 m² of furnished terrace. The living/dining and cooking area is equipped with a round dining table for 4 persons, satellite TV, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a practical kitchen block that offers a refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate stove, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as cutlery and crockery.
The air-conditioned bedroom impresses with a double bed, sea view and cosy seating options. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun or take in the direct view of the well-maintained garden and pool. WiFi, air conditioning and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome, however additional fees will apply.
The villa itself is located in a spacious, lovingly maintained garden with a freshwater pool, sun loungers, and shady retreat areas. Children will find a swing and plenty of space to play. The quiet location invites walks or bicycle tours. The sea is only about 70 metres away, and a quiet nudist beach is located approximately 900 metres away. The small coastal town of Savudrija offers cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, while Umag (approx. 10 km) provides larger shopping opportunities and sports facilities.
