This charming, detached holiday home is located at the upper end of a spacious garden on a historic estate in Savudrija, just 70 metres from the sea. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, it offers space for up to six people and combines the charm of a 19th-century villa with modern living comfort – ideal for families, couples or small groups seeking relaxation and privacy.
The house has two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a separate living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A covered terrace of 24 m² invites you to relax outdoors with a table, chairs and sun loungers – with a view of the well-maintained garden and pool area. Air conditioning and heating ensure pleasant temperatures, and free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available. Pets are warmly welcome (note: additional fees may apply).
In the spacious garden with old trees and lovingly maintained plants, you will find a large freshwater pool with sun loungers, a Hollywood swing, and a small playground with a swing - perfect for relaxed holiday days. Shaded spots for reading or simply enjoying are also plentiful. A private parking space is available directly at the house.
The beach is only about 300 metres away, while a quiet naturist beach is accessible in around 900 metres. The crystal-clear water of the Adriatic and the idyllic surroundings invite swimming, sunbathing, cycling or walking. Directly nearby are also small shops, a café and a restaurant – all within just a few minutes' walk. The picturesque town of Umag with numerous leisure and shopping opportunities is only 10 kilometres away, and the Slovenian Portorož is also quickly accessible.
The friendly landlord couple, who speak several languages, are happy to help you with advice and support. If desired, laundry can be washed and various services can be used for a fee.
