Very nice and well equipped appartment - two bedrooms and two bathrooms were super. Parking available just next to the house without any problem. Very good restaurant just few steps from the house with very kind staff. Milan - the "building manager" was very nice and helpful whenever needed
Bašanija is a place with several campsites - probably this and its animation programs were the noise source in the evenings - this made sitting on the balcony slightly uncomfortable together with strange smell (probably comes from the sewers).
The sea entrance in Bašanija is over rocks or along a pier in front of some children hostel and in the bay - not so comfortable - better bathing / swimming opportunities are offered by nearby Zambratija.
There is a sidewalk right in front of the balconies where people walk their dogs (you have to be careful where you step)

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, netter Hausmeister. Es gab z. Bsp. eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und wir mögen Filterkaffee... wir haben sofort eine Kaffeemaschine bekommen. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, alle sehr zufrieden und erholt.Die Betten schlafen sich sehr gut.
Der Strand ist, wie fast überall, sehr steinig.

Sauber und ordentlich.
Mit Fliegennetzen vor JEDEM Fenster toll mitgedacht ! 🙂
Waschmaschine sauber und ordentlich, Betten weich und bequem mit guten Decken (die Decken sind etwas dicker 👍🏻, nicht diese dünnen Überzüge ).
Klimaanlage in fast jedem Raum.
Großzügiger Parkplatz . 🅿️
Große, tiefe Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen und dennoch draußen zu sitzen und die Aussicht auf das Meer zu genießen bzw. zu essen.
Zwei Badezimmer (sehr praktisch)
Ruhige Lage und gut isolierte Türe und Fenster.
Hausmeister vor Ort. Es ist also immer ein Ansprechpartner in der Nähe.
Negativ zu bewerten ist nur die Tatsache des fehlenden Aufzuges. Für uns als junge Familie kein Problem. Für ältere Menschen wahrscheinlich etwas beschwerlich.
