Lokacija odlična, blizu plaza, trgovina. Mir in ptičje petje....popoln odklop.
Za v vodo potrebuješ obutev...plaza ni primerna za majhne otroke.

Haus war sehr modern ausgestattet. Türen, Fenster, Klima, Küche usw... waren neuwertig. Die Lage war sehr zentral und 2 Strände waren in nur 5 min Gehweite erreichbar. Bis auf groß einkaufen in Umag ging alles zu Fuß. Unser Auto konnten wir im verschatteten Carport unterstellen, das passte auch mit Dachkoffer und Fahrradträger. E-Bike durfte ich sicher im Keller unterstellen und dort auch laden was super nett war.
Wegen der Waldbrandgefahr war kein grillen möglich aber dafür haben wir Verständnis.
Außerdem hat uns die Filter Kaffeemaschine gestört, irgendwie hat die immer extrem lange gebraucht und wir mussten die früh anstellen, damit er passend fertig war.

Everything was just perfect, the whole Apartment was new, comfy equipped and even the smallest details were superb. We felt there like at home, there was everything we needed - comfortable beds, nice bed lights, clean kitchen with all the equipment,coffee machine and dishwasher was not missing. Spacious bathroom and cozy living room were just bonus. The house is located in the nice and pretty part of the village Bassania and everything is really close - sea 200m, shops 200-300 m, restaurants 50 -200 m, exchange office, fishery, post 300 m. The house is surrounded with nice and shady garden and the best thing is, that there is just one apartment in the whole house, so it is really private. Icing on the cake for us was the welcome present - bottle of tasty local wine 👌Highly recommended accommodation, just perfect 👏
