Appartement spacieux, calme, sécurisé, très bien équipé et la station de métro au pied de l'immeuble, literie impeccable, 2 ventilateurs. L'hôte est bienveillant, attentif.

La posizione della struttura é ottima, si hanno tutti i servizi maggiori a disposizione sotto casa. C’è la linea 13 della metro che collega benissimo tutto il “centro” di Parigi e ti permette di spostarti ovunque. Supermercati e boulangerie buonissime sotto casa o nei pressi (massimo 500m)
La pulizia non era eccezionale e a mio parere le foto che si vedono sull’annuncio sono più belle di come poi la struttura si presenta. Siamo state bene ma molte cose in casa mancavano (esempio: capsule per il caffè solo 4 per 3 persone, il detersivo per la lavatrice, anche se l’host mi aveva avvista che era finito; il detersivo per i piatti, un multiuso …) insomma mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più
