We had a wonderful stay in Villa Morfeas. It was clean, modern, renovated (just my guess, because it looked quite new), with a great balcony and beautiful side sea view of the sea. The kitchenette had plates, utensils, glasses. The villa is near the best beaches in Paralia Katerini, has a supermarket right downstairs, also is near the central part (10min by walk). We were greeted and accommodated with respect and kindness. Thank you so much for the lovely experience! We will be back.

Unfortunately there was no dish soap and sponge so i can clean the 2 glasses and spoons we used. This did not ruin our experience though.

There is not much options to get breakfast and coffee in the close neighborhood. Although the grocery shop is just beneath your room what solves the problem.

An awesome stay thanks to the great owners

The place is clean , the area is beautiful and quiet ,the best beach and its 5mins away walking and paralia center 10 mins and the owners are the best people. There is also supermarket downstairs by the owners and they are always available if you need inquiry or taxi. A tip : ask them about buggy trip its fun.

Property is recently adapted. Every detail in the property, from door handle to balcony fence, is functional, reliable, clean and made with taste. Regular cleaning of the room, changing towels and sheets. Beds are really comfy. Market with good offer and prices within the property. Balcony is spacious and functional. We worried firstly because our balcony is on the back side of the property, but it appears as advantage, because it is in the nice shade all day and nice light in the evening. Location is 400-500m from the great beach. There's a nice beach bar Sanook and also lot of free space on the beach. It is 1.5km from Paralia center square. For our family with older kids, walking to the beach and to the center was nice. Parking place available in front of the property. Using air conditioner is included in the price.

Gyors, pontos, precíz. Az apartmanháznál lévő marketben lehet átvenni és leadni a szoba kulcsait. A légkondi és a wifi is rendben működött. Kedves tulajdonos.

Vila este aproape de plajă și are tot ce este nevoie. Patul este confortabil, chicineta este folositoare în caz că ai nevoie să gătești. Perfect pentru un sejur în aproprierea plajei. De asemenea, persoanele responsabile sunt de treabă și drăguțe.

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Mini Market und die Nähe zum Strand.

Der Lärm in der Nacht. Knallende Türen, laute Zimmernachbarn, gröllende Menschen vor dem Market. Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer sahen auf den Fotos viel moderner und größer aus.
