About this apartment rental

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

2-roomed apartment on the 1. floor, ca. 55 m2. Entrance, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed and two single mattresses. Bath/double sink/toilet. Living/dining room with TV. Balcony with free view of the mountains and the lake. Rustic and comfortable furnishing. Laundry room for shared use on the 2nd basement floor in the underground car park. Garage space. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Armonia Muntagnarda was built in 1977 in the Engadine style and is located on a quiet and sunny site with cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails near by. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Buchung über e-domizil AG. Das nächste Mal gerne direkt durch Loga. Anreise mit der SBB: Schlüsselübergabe am Bahnschalter hat super geklappt. Info via Natel, dass die Wohnung früher am Nachmittag bereitsteht, fand ich super. Wohnung, Lage und Einrichtigung top. Ich werde die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder f'ür zwei, drei Wochen am Stück mieten.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Besonders der wunderschöne Ausblick war unser Highlight dieser Wohnung. Das neue Badezimmer hat uns positiv überrascht. Auch die gutausgestattete Küche mit Gewürzen und allen notwendigen Zutaten war überraschend. Die Platzverhältnisse in der Küche sind minimal und benötigen gute Organisation beim Kochen. Das Bemühen wegen des Waschraumes, den wir zuerst nicht finden konnten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Danke!
