Gorgeous location and views
We stayed during a heatwave and it was very, very hot in the apartment. We asked if it was possible to provide a fan but were told it wasn’t. Owner messaged outside of Booking.com asking for an additional cleaning fee. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. We cleaned the apartment ourselves (including mopping floors etc to avoid an additional fee but feel this should have been made clear at the time of booking. We have our own holiday rentals and would not expect clients to do a full clean before leaving. We always leave the place clean and tidy but this felt quite cheeky!
