1 km from Monteverdi Marittimo: The country estate comprises several famhouses and a manor house which the owners occupy. The farmhouses are completely separate and have extensive private outdoor areas and are equipped with barbeque and garden furniture. The owner has erected an open air museum in the communal park with his own sculptures. There is also a large communal room available to guests which is suitable for courses or dinners. Dinner and excursions can be arranged on request. There's also a second partial covered and heated swimming pool (measures 3x9) for shared use, open the all year around. Country house "Le Querciolaie". 8 km from the centre of Castagneto Carducci, in a quiet position, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool (16 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 04.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 19 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 25 km, Volterra 40 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Die Anlage selbst war super, der Gemeinschaftspool und das Thermalbad, sowie der Pizzaofen waren genial, ansonsten die Ausstattung könnte definitiv besser sein, die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Küche war miserabel ausgestattet - keine Kaffeemaschine und sonst auch nur sehr notdürftig. W-Lan ging nur an drei Orten und das nicht immer ;(

Skønt og autentisk feriehus midt i Toscana. Stor dejlig dele pool samt en opvarmet overdækket pool. Dejlige terrasse områder med BBQ og stenovn til pizza. Veludstyret køkken og lokale indkøbsmuligheder i gå afstand. Vi var 2 familier i huset Fontana - fordelt på 2 plan. (Obs huset er delt op i 2 og har hver sin indgang på 0 og 1 plan) Huset ligger højt og ca. 30 min kørsel fra strand og indkøbscenter. På vejen er der mulighed for vinsmagning i Canneto.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben nicht funktioniert, ansonsten ist das Haus mit Anwesen super schön!

5 Häuser liegen in einem kunstvoll gestalteten sehr großen Anwesen. Bis zum nächsten größeren Ort (Castagneto Carducci) fahrt man auf einer sehr kurvigen Straße ca. 20 - 25 min. Großer Swimmingpool 9 x 16m der aber mit anderen Gästen gemeinsam benutzt wird. Dann gibt es auch noch ein Römerbad 37°C.
