La cordialità e la gentilezza della signora Defne e di tutto il personale.
I prodotti della colazione non erano di ottima qualità ad eccezione delle marmellate prodotte artigianalmente, ma le brioche si sentivano che non erano fresche (erano dure). Le torte fatte in casa erano ottime se del giorno stesso, ma alcune di sentiva che non erano fresche. Stesso discorso vale per la cena. Alcuni antipasti risultano non del momento ed il piatto di carne proposto era poco invitante.
