L'appartamento è molto carino ed ispirato al personaggio di Valentina di Guido Crepax, è dotato di tutti i comfort e piuttosto vicino al centro di San Vincenzo ed al mare. Le camere sono grandi, c'è il Wi-Fi e le comodità di una casa (stoviglie, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, biancheria da bagno, asciugacapelli, ecc.). I proprietari sono gentilissimi.
Il materasso della camera matrimoniale non è comodissimo anche perché si tratta di due materassi messi uno sull'altro ed abbastanza alti. La pressione dell'acqua calda è un po' debole.
