The vacation home, situated on a 2,300-square-meter lot, is located near the forest and accommodates 4–6 people. It is close to Usedom, 4 km from the Szczecin Lagoon, and near a beautiful nature reserve, nestled in an idyllic, peaceful setting. The house underwent extensive restoration several years ago with an emphasis on sustainability. The former stable was also rebuilt in the traditional half-timbered style and comfortably accommodates 4–6 people. In the garden, there is an outdoor sauna that you can use for a fee of €25.00 per use (listed as “electricity” in the fees). There are also plenty of activities for children. The garden features a swing, a slide, a sandbox, and a large treehouse.
There are 5 adult bicycles, 1 children’s bicycle, and 1 youth bicycle available for rent for a fee of (€15.00/week) (listed as “rent” in the fees). Additional recreational activities (e.g., horseback riding, sailing, kayaking) are available in the immediate vicinity.
