About this house rental
Awesome Lodge Style Camp near Conway Lake. Our little camp is perfect for a family getaway or friends enjoying a weekend away, any time of year.
Located in Center Conway, NH, you are minutes from the Settlers' Green Outlets in North Conway and less than 20 minutes away from 2 great ski mountains. The Saco River is a great destination for canoes and swimming, and Conway Lake has a beach just down the street. There are plenty of options for both winter and summer activities in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Our home comfortably sleeps 5 people in traditional beds, but we also have an awesome, queen-sized sleeper sofa that would sleep another 2 people.
Inside: 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, one with a queen size bed, 1 with a set of bunk beds, and 1 with a single twin. Brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Small kitchen with sink, full size refrigerator, and small oven. We have a smart TV with cable and WiFi in the house so you can stream Netflix (we have a dedicated account already set up), Hulu, or Prime if the weather isn't ideal or you want to wind down after a busy day.
Outside: 1 deck to the side of the house, plenty of room to park vehicles and or set up chairs. Fire pit and plenty of yard for outdoor activities. We also have a narrow screened in porch along the front of the house that is great for relaxing before bed. Lake is within walking distance with a beach. Trails nearby for walking, hiking, bike riding, etc.
Check In is anytime after 4pm.
Check Out is no later than 11am.
Instructions for everything will be in the house upon your arrival.
The entire space is yours! Including the yard and fire pit to the side of the house!
Our property is in a small neighborhood with both seasonal and full time residents. We ask that you are respectful of them and are aware of the Town's 10pm noise ordinance. We want you to have fun and truly enjoy your time, while keeping noise to a respectful level.
We are always available by phone or email.
We supply toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
We provide sheets and blankets, we ask that you bring your own towels (bath and beach).
Any smoking on the property must be done outdoors and cleaned up.
**PLEASE NOTE: We will not be accepting early check-ins or late check outs to allow for cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.**

We had a great stay at the lodge cottage! Was so close to all the hiking in the White Mountains and N Conway. We did drive the very short distance to Conway Lake town beach too, mostly b/c parking was easy. House is cozy (exactly as described) and very clean. We mostly slept there and used as base camp for our adventures. Thank you for a great stay!!

Had a great time exploring the white mountains. Cabin was perfect to rest and relax after a full day of kayaking and site seeing!

We loved staying here. Our kids kept saying it’s like we are in a big tree fort!:)
We played games, kept very warm by the propane fireplace and we’re close by a lot of fun attractions.

The lodge is small but spacious and well equipped. Bedrooms are below and okay in size but there is no air conditioning. The logde is in good shape but the years have left its mark on the house. It is easy to drive to Conway for shopping. There is a short walk down to the beautiful Conway lake from the lodge.
