Cozy Clean 2nd Floor Condo in Conway!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything that we needed, felt like a home - clean, quiet, well-stocked. Great location for the hiking and sigh-seeing we did around the area. Would definitely stay here again and encourage any to do the same. You won't be disappointed.

Cozy and clean - exactly as advertised. Easy check-in and checkout with Diane. She was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. My 17-year old, two of his friends, and I used the condo to be a closer to the ski resorts for a few days. The price was right since premium rates aren't required compared to those properties within a few minutes of the resorts. The full kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to cook meals, and there is plenty of shopping and options just 11 minutes from the condo. The beds and bedding were comfortable (and clean). If we were staying longer, the newer full size washer and dryer would benefit any guests. The gas stove is a nice touch - actually, it was one of the reasons we chose this rental.The property should be considered slightly dated. **That's not meant to be negative.** There are recent upgrades (TVs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, couch (that could be used as a sleeper), and updated thermostats that allow temp control in 3 zones (each bedroom and living area). Plus, it's very clean and neat. If you're looking for state-of-the-art modern and upgraded amenities, you're also going to pay 2-3 times as much. We give this condo 5 stars based on the overall value, cleanliness, practicality, and friendliness of Diane.My son and his friends loved the place. We'd definitely recommend this property.
