About this house rental
Very privileged location: between Moulleau and Cercle de Voile du Pyla, at the intersection of avenue des Pins & avenue des Genêts (double garden access)
Quiet, tree-lined streets 4 mins walk from the beach on level ground (easy access for young children or the elderly)
Household linen provided (sheets and towels)
Weekly cleaning included
2 large terraces (around 40 m2) to enjoy the shade or the sun: one on the avenue des Pins side facing south, semi-covered (teak table 8 seats); the other side Genets, in exotic wood (table 10-12 place settings)

Outdoor shower cabin (hot water) for returning from the beach
Quality renovation, careful decoration, very well equipped kitchen (dishes and accessories)
A large living room-cathedral (under frame) with large fireplace, American kitchen with bar, adjoining TV lounge (TV box, DVD player)

Tres Jolie maison,au calme , très bien localisée.Proximité des commerces et de la mer a qq min à pieds .terrasses et extérieurs tres agréables .Bémol:odeur d’humidité gênante dans quelques pièces et équipements parfois vétustes ou peu entretenus pénalisant l’appréciation globale

Avons passé un agréable séjour et pourtant pluvieux ... au sein de cette maison très adaptée à un groupe de 9 personnes . La pièce principale est particulièrement conviviale .
Néanmoins, nous avons dû faire appel à la propriétaire en raison d’un problème de chauffage et de douche qu’elle a réglé très très rapidement et avec bienveillance.
Nous disposions d’un garage , ce qui nous a permis de ranger nos vélos électriques.
La maison est à l’image des photos du site Abritel . La région est magnifique même sous la pluie donc imaginez avec le soleil ... Merci
