Villa Artémis, completely renovated in Pyla-sur-Mer, sleeps 10, 50 m from the beach

We rent our Villa Artemis in Pyla-sur-Mer, for 10 people. Ideally located 50 meters from the beach, close to the Pyla sailing circle. Typical Arcachon house, completely renovated in 2022. On the first floor, living area, dining room, wood stove, equipped American kitchen (LV, oven, microwave oven, hob, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), WC, vestibule and scullery. Covered terrace on the forest side. On the 1st floor: bedroom 1: double bed, Bedroom 2: single bed, Bedroom 3: single bed, Bedroom 4: double bed, Bedroom 5: bunk bed. 1 shower room and 1 shower room with toilet. Each of the bedrooms on this floor has a small desk.
On the first floor: shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom: double bed of 140, 1 bedroom: single bed.
1 washing machine and dryer. Entertainment available: table football, board games, books, Tv, airplay speaker, wifi. Equipment available: placemats, tablecloths and dish towels are provided
Outside: benches and table + deckchairs + barbecue. Optional: sheet and towel.
Parking in the garden.
