Good but not quite the standard we have had previously.

Nice, clean and comfortable

Wrong code sent through for the key box, had to call to get correct number. No oven gloves No oven trays The carbon monoxide detector is to high, it needs to be low down carbon monoxide is a heavy gas.

I arrived in the dark and was struggling to find the key box and where the apartment was. Lights were on a movement sensor, so I had to walk everywhere to get lights. But now I know, it is not a problem.

easy to find and obtain our keys apartment was nice our fridge had been missed off on cleaning from the previous people staying but the host was super quick to send a cleaner and sort it out the apartment was in a great location cant fault a thing

Great base for Alton Towers.

Own parking, close to a coop and a small Tesco, apartment was clean and very comfortable. Contact with the host was excellent. Good base for lots of attractions. Secure building and modern.

Fantastic Affordable flat near Stafford showground

We stay here every year when attending the Stafford chassis bike show. Fantastic place at a great price.

Just needs a new loo seat at Lisa wouldn’t stay up but other than that all good thanks.

We were happy with our apartment having WiFi is such a good idea and we had some hiccups but everything was sorted just by messaging them on booking.com

Comfortable, well priced, very clean

Extremely clean. Easy access. Kitchen well equipped for what we wanted. Comfortable and felt safe for two women travelling together, would be happy to travel solo here. Good hot shower. Iron and board supplied. Electric heater if needed. Some snacks, tea and coffee, soap, shampoo etc, aromatherapy foot socks gift. Quiet location.

Quite warm inside, didn’t appear to have window lock keys. However, there was a fan if needed.

Very nice apartment, didn't meet any staff but the bed was comfy, fresh bedding, there was a bath, you are provided with shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, towels etc. In the kitchen you are provided with a washing tablet, washing up liquid, tin foil, cutlery, iron, pots and pans, tea, takeaway menus, coffee and milk. Everything worked well. Comfy sofa and fold out table. I couldn't really hear other people in the other apartments. Seem to be good sound proofing. Easy and convenient check in system. :) Everything was very clean and tidy. Good value for money, close to shops, a pub, takeaways, and a barbers and not far from town.

Only downsides were- The shower was really hot and I couldn't seem to get it any cooler. The water seemed to go everywhere as well as the shower screen a bit too small. Bath was lovely though Road works outside which were quite noisy but that's nothing to do with the apartment, just bad timing. One of the lights in the kitchen goes off after a few seconds. TV screen had lines on it but worked otherwise The smoke alarm in the kitchen is very sensitive, every time I opened the oven It went off, but better to be sensitive than not work.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and located in a nice residential area. Although, at the moment, access is not straight forward due to extensive road works taking place The diversions signs provided by the construction company were inadequate particularly for non locals. No indication of this is provided by the apartment management.
