Luxury hi-spec large Victorian townhouse, sleeps 9. Free wifi and feee parking.

Location & size of property very good. Access was no problem. House in need of deep clean,fusty smell,needs an airing,dirty bedding & carpets,shower head clogged. Listed as non smoking, definitely wasnt. Owner admits to smokers using property & use of heavy air freshners. Was thanked by owner for leaving property very clean and tidy then after i highlighted issues was accused of leaving dog poo on a bed. Owner apologised for dirty thin bedding saying he had just purchased new the day we left then said he was going to invoice me for it & for cleaning dog poo. How can i be thanked for leaving property clean & tidy then invoiced for new bedding (already purchased) & for cleaning up of poo? Contradiction. Ive asked for a refund, unable to contact VRBO by website,get sent from page to page,ridiculous. Unreliable listing with false entries.Three of our party now ill. We stayed for 2nights with very little sleep. Unable to make alternative arrangements at short notice so stuck it out with consequences. Didnt realise bedding was so bad until very late at bedtime. Owner said he will send me photos of poo,these would not be from my dog. Very clean & tidy was how it was left as stated by owner. Hugely disappointed. 430 paid. Please refund

It was such an amazing stay the place was clean and even stocked bread and milk would love to stop again if I’m ever back in the area!

Great communication from owner. House was great, very big and all the beds were really comfortable. would highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of things to entertain kids and adults alike. Plenty of places to go in the vicinity. The house is looking a bit tired in places and needs a bit of TLC in my opinion and although when we first arrived, everything seemed clean and tidy, we felt like it could do with a deeper clean. There were lots of nice touches but we did feel a little bit let down by other parts. Because of this we didnt feel like it warranted the 'luxury' listing. As I said though, we all had a great time and it was great for what we needed it for.

Excellent. Clean and spacious. Excellent facilities for both adults and children. Thats all thats missing is a hot tub for the adults !!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to stafford town centre. Plenty of towels provided plus the basic nessitities. A home from home. Thoroughly recommend.
