About this house rental
The house consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and a mansard with a total of 10 beds, right next door is the newly restored annex with another 2 bedrooms / 4 beds and can be used as a whole for max. 14 people can be rented.
But there is also the possibility of only the main house for max. 10 people to rent. The rental price changes accordingly. Outside, garden furniture is ready to serve meals under a large,
to be able to take a shady walnut or to have breakfast in the morning sun. A brick barbecue for your summer barbecues is available. The holiday home, the pool and the garden are at the sole disposal of the guests, no one else is staying or using the pool and garden. The large garden is an oasis of calm and perfect for relaxation, children find plenty of space to play.
The pool, a few meters from the house is 10x5 m in size, deck chairs invite you to relax and unwind.
If you want to make a trip to the SEA: to Cesenatico, easy to reach via the E45 expressway, it is only 45 km. Cesenatico with its soft sand is the ideal destination for vacationers of all ages. Refined pubs as well as inns and taverns are the target of a true pilgrimage of wine and gastronomy every month of the year and have made Cesenatico one of the queens of Italian cuisine. The dishes go back to old sea traditions, on the shores of the port canal numerous restaurants prepare their delicious meals from fresh fish according to the best traditional recipes. Definitely to be mentioned and tried: the Piadina Romagnola - a flatbread, freshly prepared with all possible fillings, which you can order and taste at every kiosk, every café and wherever there is a snack bar.
The large water park 'Atlantica', over a hundred thousand square meters in size with swimming pools, slides and games, ensures joy and enjoyment for young and old. Sailing, windsurfing and water skiing can not only be done by professionals in Cesenatico, but also by beginners. For cyclists, too, this is the starting point for routes that lead through the impressive landscapes of the hinterland.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, très disponibles durant le séjour – merci de votre bienveillance et de vos attentions si amicales ! La maison est grande, belle et très agréable, idéale pour un grand nombre de personnes, située en pleine campagne à flanc de colline : calme assuré et vue superbe ! Une terrasse où l'on passe de belles journées, une piscine agréable même si pas très grande. Séjour idéal pour le repos et la détente. Assez proche de Ravenne et de San Sepolcro, plus éloigné d'Urbino, de Sienne ou de Florence mais la proximité d'une autoroute rend les déplacements assez faciles. Bref, un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour qui veut profiter de l'Italie hors des sentiers battus et des flux touristiques. A recommander sans hésiter. Si nous le pouvons, nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Et un baiser à l'adorable Lampo, le chien de la maison…

Das sehr schöne renovierte alte Steinhaus wirkt gepflegt. Es liegt 200-300 m oberhalb der netten Städtchen Bagno di Romagna und San Pierro in Bagno in den Hügeln des Appenin. Bedingt durch die Berge benötigt man relativ lange, um nach Arezzo, Siena oder Florenz zu fahren; lediglich in Rimini ist man recht rasch. In den aufsteigenden Bergen des Appenin fangen sich bei instabiler Wetterlage recht gerne die Wolken und es kann dann bedingt durch die Höhenlage durchaus auch kühler werden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön auf einem großen Grundstück mit Obstbäumen, allerdings etwas entlegen. Genau genommen besteht es aus einem Haupthaus mit Dependance. Die Ausstattung ist top-top. Haus und Grund bieten auch bei voller Belegung viel Platz. Die Vermieter sind liebenswürdig und sehr bemüht. Es handelt sich um einen aufgestellten, also nicht gemauerten, Pool mit sehr schönen Liegeplätzen, die teils von einer duftenden Kräuterhecke eingefasst werden. Bei voller Belegung könnte der Pool etwas größer sein.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus für den, der die Einsamkeit liebt. Sehr nette Vermieter vorort! Für Kulturausflüge nach Bologna, Arezzo, Ravenna muss man allerdings lange Anfahrten von 1 bis 2 Stunden in Kauf nehmen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr basic und es fehlt ein Raum, in dem man sich abends gern aufhält ( nur kaltes Licht von Deckenleuchten) !Achtung im Herbst! !!Die umliegenden Felder wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes so intensiv gedüngt, dass weder das Haus noch der Garten wegen der Geruchsbelästigung und der Insektenplage nutzbar waren!
