The location, the staff, the pool and the views.
The bed (super comfortable and not level for some reason. Could try harder with the room decor as well. Service was slow at dinner but that was just the vibe in Italy I think.

The breakfast is really nice and so is the pool and the overall location. The staff were nice and helpful.
We got the smallest room they have at the property. Even thought the staff knew we were coming with a baby and needed a cot still we ended up staying in such a small room that we could not move around the bed and there was literally no space for us in the room. I kindly asked for a bigger room and got rejected twice.
There is also no free daily housekeeping.

It was the airbnb that I felt most taken care of, from welcoming till the end. Thank you for everything. The house was very clean and very well decorated that creates a feeling of “home”. The view does not need that much of a description, it was just amazing.
The entrance to the parking place was narrow, but we still managed it with Audi Q8. You don’t need a small car necessarily, but it would be easier with a small one. (For just the last minutes of driving left to reach to the house) To go to como center from the house takes about half an hour without the traffic (was actually fun to drive with all that view).

Breakfast was great and also very good dinners. Everything was freshly prepared and with care. I was impressed by food. Good access to the property.
