Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The scenery was beautiful and the house was exactly what we wanted. The house was centrally located and within walking distance to anything we needed. The property manager was really helpful and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area and we look forward to staying here again.

Charming Escape

Correspondence with Anneliese was easy and response time was excellent. There were 8 adults and bedrooms and baths were plentiful. We were centrally located which made walking to town, the bakery, the butcher shop easy! We enjoyed the patio and the Mountain View; the birds greeted us each morning; and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is a bedroom on the first floor which works well for persons with limited mobility; the stairs to the second floor were narrow and steep so keep in mind with older adults or children. We all had a wonderful stay! Thank you, Anneliese, for sharing your home with us!

Our family reunion was so memorable mainly because of this house and location. It was so comfortable and in a super neighborhood. We were in walking distance of city center with an easy drive to other attractions. We would book it again without hesitation.

Absolutely loved Garmisch-Partenkirchen, our favorite town in Germany, Bavarian Alps area is by far the most beautiful part of the country! The "Waxenstein" house couldn't have been more charming and centrally located for sightseeing, shopping, and eating. It was perfect, and included a gorgeous Zugspitze view! Enjoyed Zugspitze cable ride to summit, Partnachlamm Gorge, Neuschwanstein Castles, Linderhof Palace, Ettal, Eagles Nest, Salzburg, and Dachau during our stay. Thank you Annaliese for your help. Lovely house

Cosy, welcoming house that was great for us. We are a multi generational family of 9, and the house was lovely.. garden great for football.. enough bedrooms for all of us. Comfortable beds, showers with great water pressure. All good!. Only criticism is that the furniture in the sitting room wasn’t conducive to relaxing.. that didn’t matter to us because we used the garden and the dining room, but I think a new sofa might help??. Otherwise a great property in a great little town.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem tollen, eingezäunten Garten, ideal mit Hund. Die Übergabe vor Ort lief hervorragend über die herzliche und sehr umsichtige Verwalterin, Frau Trechsler! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
